Assisting the State Government by taking over PUAS debts to the water treatment operators amounting to RM 2.4 billion;
Rupanya Syabas "WRITE OFF" hutang kerajaan Negeri (Warga Selangor) kpd Pusat sejumlah RM 2.4 B yg terpaksa ditanggung oleh TS Rozali sbg pemegang saham utama melalui Puncak Niaga (70% share dlm Syabas)......
kalau betul la gaji TS Rozali RM 425 000.00/bulan, ini bermakna ianya akan memakan masa selama 5, 647 bulan (471 tahun) baru settle hutang itu.....ini baru simple calculation tanpa mengira "time value of money".
Ini berdasarkan Syabas skrg kerugian kerana sejak 10 tahun tiada kenaikan tariff, walaupun peruntukan ini terdapat dlm Perjanjian Konsesi utk menjamin "Return Of Investment (ROI)" paling kurang 10% yg dibenarkan EPU utk semua Projek Penswastaan..
Lain pula hal dengangn Kerajaan PR Selangor, tolong "WRITE OFF" hutang Talam (TS Chan Ah Chye) kpd Warga Selangor,i.e Orang Kaya sejumlah RM 391 M.........terror Si Khalid ni...
