Nick Rudd met Zara at the wedding of his sister Jess in Brisbane almost five years ago and proposed to the Clayton Utz lawyer in Prague three years later. The wedding took place at St James Church, which had been filled with roses, lillies and stephanotis selected by Ms Rein from Flemington markets earlier.
Both Mr Rudd and Ms Rein tweeted throughout the day.
"Had a beautiful, joyful morning yesterday going to Flemington flower market and then preparing the church with the St James' flower ladies," Ms Rein tweeted. "Lovely day today here. A little scattered cloud, 24 degrees. Perfect for their wedding. Big smile."
Mr Rudd thanked his million or so followers: "Thanks for the kind wishes." One well-wisher tweeted: "Can't wait to see the photos in Women's Weekly."
